Triggered 2 Triumph was created to reimagine life after sports transitions; to equip student-athletes with the skills to transition from the finite game of their specific sport to the infinite game of life. I specialize in helping SAs become more familiar with themselves through personal branding, set goals aligned with their purpose, disarm burnout, and achieve human optimization with peak performance. I'm convinced the sooner SAs start to work on some of these concepts, the better. To ensure they utilize the resources granted to them while playing and to provide clarity for when they're done.
